※ The user or worker must wear gloves
※ Before the workpiece is packaged, make sure that no rust or foreign matter is attached
◆ Package the workpiece as soon as possible.
◆ Packaging must be closed packaging, in order to achieve the true effect of rust-proofing.
◆ The side of the rust-proof paper without printed words shall be facing the workpiece.
◆ The distance between the rust-proof paper and the workpiece cannot exceed 30 cm or more. The closer to the workpiece, the better the rust-proof effect!
◆ In general, the area of 1 square foot of rust-proof paper can protect 1-3 square feet of metal surface. And at least one square foot of rust-proof paper to protect the area space of each cubic foot.
◆ The rust-proof effect is determined by the rust-proof packaging materials and the method of use.
◆ The workpiece completed packaging can be opened and resealed again without affecting the rust-proof effect, but it is necessary to wear gloves when checking.
◆ For the worker to touch the work by hand is strictly prohibited.
◆ Unused or leftover rust-proof paper after use shall be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, and avoid direct sunlight.
◆ The color of the rust-proof paper may have some color differences more or less, but this difference will not affect the paper’s rust-proof effect.
◆ In order to have the best rust-proof effect, it is recommended to test whether the VCI product is suitable for the workpiece to be packaged before use.
